Gas Prices
Tuesday, September 23, 2008 at 8:44:34 AM

When are we as Canadians going to ask the Government to take steps to control the price of Gas? I know world price affects the cost we pay at the pump, but come on, Sunday, September 14th, 2008 it was $138.7 per litre, Monday September 15th, 2008 it was $129.5 per litre and on Wednesday, September 17th, 2008 it was $119.5 per litre, thatís a drop of over 19.2 cents per litre and thatís with a drop in the cost of a barrel, from $150.00 to this week $92.00 per barrel. How is it possible when world oil prices are dropping, the price at the pump keeps going up. Letís call on our Government to do something that will stop these oil companies from making profits up 55% over 2006.
