Medical Management of Injured Workers

APCM's medical management emphasis will be on providing evaluations of injured workers, reporting, and rehabilitation care with emphasis on returning injured workers to early and safe Return to Work programs. We have physicians with the clinical abilities and expert medical examination knowledge to ensure full recovery. APCM's medical management will exceed the expectations of our clients with diagnostic and rehabilitation services and medical programs.

APCM - Gold Program, Silver Program and Bronze Program

APCM Workers Compensation GOLD Administration Package

• Manages workplace claimed injuries
• Manages communication and medical documentation with WSIB/WCB, employees and doctors
• Full Return to Work - Work Hardening and Modified Work programs
• Provides forms/letters/FAF/PDAs required to manage workplace claimed injuries
• Ensures the client meets its' obligation related to Modified Work WSIB/WCB
• APCM will provide Monthly Status Reports for each client allowing progress information on each workplace claimed injury.
• APCM will act in all WSIB/WCB mediation, Hearing Appeals, and Tribunal Hearings
• APCM will, after discussion, if necessary, provide surveillance and investigation at an additional cost
• APCM Programs come in either flat monthly cost or hourly rate.

APCM Workers Compensation SILVER Administration Package

• Manages workplace claimed injuries.
• Provides communication and medical documentation WSIB/WCB, employees and doctors.
• Full Return to Work and Modified Work programs
• Provides forms/letters/FAF/PDAs required to manage workplace claimed injuries.
• Reviews WSIB, NEER, CAD-7, and map statements
• APCM will provide complete Monthly Status Reports for all claims to client.

• Manages workplace claimed injuries.
• Provides communication and medical documentation WSIB/WCB, employees and doctors.
• Full Return to Work and Modified Work programs
• Provides forms/letters/FORM 8/FAF/PDAs required to manage workplace claimed injuries.
