If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card
has been charged for the purchase we do not issue credits for purchases
that have failed due to mistakes by the purchaser.
5. Delivery

Risk of loss of your online training course will be passed on to

6. Refunds/Replacements
Under certain conditions due to our system not issuing a pass certificate,
we will after proof of course taken will issue certificate.

14. Refund Policy
The service we provide is for Online Occupational Health and Safety
Training Courses. The user must be satisfied before taking any of
our courses and accepting that the course selected is the course
for them.
We do not issue refunds after a course has been taken. Should there

the time the technical issue is taking place. If the user decides
